We did our first deal with Debbie in 1994 by purchasing a lot on which to build a home on the south side of Black Mountain. During the due diligence period, she introduced us to an architect and a builder for their opinions. We ended up using both. She knows everyone! This past year, when it was time to downsize, she sold this home for us and found us another that fit our needs, and though occupied, she got us in before the first deal closed so we didn't have to move twice. The technology behind real estate buying/selling has changed dramatically over those 18 years, and Debbie has mastered it. Very impressive. She is the best!

Debbie grew up in Carmel, Indiana, attended Indiana University in
Bloomington, then moved to Phoenix in 1985, yearning for blue sky and
mountains.
Her wonderful husband, Peter is from Kansas City, and was one of her first
friends in Arizona. They share a love for the peaceful outdoors and enjoy
hiking the trails by the Creek. Travel is fun to visit Family, Beaches,
and Mountains.
The Omundson Home is a 1960's ranch on some acreage in a mountainous,
historic area of Cave Creek. The setting at the base of ‘Mt. O’ has some
of the most green and pristine desert available. So, they will have to
hauled away "feet-first!"
2 awesome now-adult children graduated from the local school system known as Cave Creek Unified School District CCUSD.
The schools are accelerated, have high expectations of the students, and provide a positive atmosphere for learning.
Raised in paradise and then they moved… the 2 “Creek-ers,” are remotely working from Colorado, based in Washington D.C. & San Francisco.
Their career paths are another credit to the outstanding programs and Teachers at the Cave Creek Unified Schools.
Real Estate is a Family affair for the O’s. Peter works in Corporate Commercial Real Estate, which is very different from Residential Real Estate. They both relish their roles as experienced, trusted Advisors.
