Canyon Ridge Estates
Canyon Ridge Estates is located at the base of the Desert Foothills Land Trust Preserve known as the P.A Seitts Preserve at Go John Canyon. The preserve includes trails that lead across the Cave Creek, one of the last remaining free-flowing streams in Maricopa County, and connect to the 2,922-acre mountainous Cave Creek Recreation Area to the west.
The custom homes on an acre range 3500-5000 Square Feet in size and are sited for maximum views of the surrounding mountains. Some lots are available for purchase ranging 1-9.5 Acres in size.
